You might wonder what that is all about, well it's a page about our home that we bought in 1994 and had to move away from it January 1996 (2006 we returned). Why move away from a home? Because we were ordered to, that's a soldier's and soldiers family life style. 

We left this home and had realtors take care of our property, Over a time period of a little more then 10 years we came back. In the 10 years of not living here we had the worst luck with this house, because we either had to replace things or tenants destroyed our home and we had to pay to get it all fixed. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars on this house while not even living here and made no income on it either by renting it out. 

Now finally we moved back to our own home, and we glad to be able to take care of our own property the way it should be. People seem not to care about other peoples properties/houses and destroy things without any care.

When I arrived at the house it was in horrible shape, compared to how we left it in December 2004 after fixing everything up. The walls had holes in them, floors were coming up in some parts, wall color looked like they smoked in the last 1 1/2 years like crazy in this house. Yard looked like nobody wanted to take care of it.

So after three weeks of work we got to a point where I don't feel too embarrassed to take pictures and post them. Over time I will add more pictures of improvements we did. I will add the Dates and such to the pictures I post and add later.
